The Good Shepherd Center was founded in 1906 and was a school that provided over 60 years of service to young women seeking shelter, education, and training. The GSC houses many non-profit organizations and community based programs.
A gym for kids on wheels can travel anywhere to you in North Seattle. This tumble bus is outside of Whole Foods on 65th and 15th NE.

Okay, this wasn’t taken in North Seattle, but close by 2 hrs north up in Vancouver B.C. during the Vancouver 2010 Olympics. Seeing all the athletes was incredible and the energy in the air was amazing. It was a very inspirational and memorable experience.
